This policy explains what data Tradotcom ("we", "us") collects when you use the Tradotcom platform, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By creating an account you agree to this policy.
We do not collect MT5 account passwords, broker credentials, card numbers, or your Google password. Trading decisions and executions stay on your own machine except for the status data described above.
We do not sell your data. We share limited data with the service providers required to run the platform: Cloudflare (hosting, tunnel and access security — including Cloudflare Access email verification for administrator logins), Google (optional sign-in) and our email delivery provider (account/token emails). Data is disclosed only where required by law.
Account and operational logs are retained while your account is active so you and our operators can audit activity, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, security and accounting purposes. Removing the Agent from a machine stops further reporting; historical records remain in the account's audit log.
Access to the platform is protected by authentication and per-account isolation: each account can only see its own data. The administrator console is protected by Cloudflare Access (email verification) plus server-side role checks. Administrative actions are logged. Credentials are stored hashed where applicable.
Tradotcom is a technical automation and monitoring platform. We do not provide investment advice and are not responsible for trading outcomes. Automated trading carries substantial risk of loss. You are responsible for the Expert Advisors you deploy and for complying with your broker's terms.
We may update this policy; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in, plus Cloudflare security cookies required to route and protect traffic to this site. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
