These terms govern your use of the Tradotcom platform, including the Tradotcom Agent software installed on your computer ("Agent") and the web dashboard. By creating an account or installing the Agent you accept these terms.

1. What Tradotcom is

Tradotcom is a technical platform that installs, configures and monitors MetaTrader 5 (MT5) Expert Advisors on machines you control, and reports their status to your account dashboard. We are not a broker, fund manager, or investment adviser.

2. Your account and plan

Your plan (Free / Pro / Enterprise) determines the features and limits available to you (number of machines, MT5 accounts, Expert Advisors, and optional features).
Plan limits and paid periods may expire; when a paid period expires the service is suspended automatically until renewed.
Keep your Agent token secret. It identifies your machine and authorises commands. Share it only with us through official support channels.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep access to the email you registered with.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the MT5 terminals, Expert Advisors, positions and orders on your machines — including their parameters and risk settings.
You must have the right to operate the machine and the MT5 accounts you connect, and comply with your broker's terms and applicable law.
Do not use the platform to break the law, to attack or overload third-party services, or to run strategies that manipulate markets.

4. Automated operation and commands

Actions you or our operators trigger (install, deploy, pair, remove, restart, suspend) are dispatched to your machine and executed locally, and are recorded in your activity log. Keep your machine powered, online, and MT5 available if you expect automation to run.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or cut off service immediately for security reasons, non-payment or expiry of plan, abuse, or a breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time by removing the Agent and closing your account.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and to improve it, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor compatibility with every broker, symbol, or MT5 build. We may change features; material changes are announced on this page.

7. Risk warning

Trading with Expert Advisors involves a high risk of loss and past performance does not indicate future results. You use the platform at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradotcom is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its website, and the Agent software remain our property. Expert Advisors you supply remain yours; you grant us the limited licence needed to install and run them on your machines.

9. Governing terms

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
